Installation Error

    Hi!

    I just purchased the ST Vela template and am attempting to install it using Joomla 3.3.6. On installation, I receive the following error:

    Warning

    JInstaller: :Install: File does not exist /home/insideoa/public_html/dev/tmp/install_54d50ebe03417/backgrounds

    This is an existing site, not a fresh install.

    The steps I’ve taken are to:
    1. Unzip the st-vela-one-page-portfolio file
    2. In Joomla, go to Extensions > Extension Manager > Install, then browse to the zip file and click Upload & Install.

    Can you help?

    I figured it out: the “backgrounds” directory actually existed but didn’t have anything in it. I created an empty index.html file in it (which I placed in the package zip file), and everything appears to have worked on a subsequent try.
